ED2012 Comedy Review: Pappy’s Flatshare Slamdown (Fuzz Productions Limited)

ED2012 4/5 Reviews ED2012 Comedy Reviews

A shambolic spectacle, Pappy’s ‘Flat Slam’ is a panel game podcast where you’ll find a bunch of talented comedians pissing about just for laughs. This is the premise: If you’ve got a beef with your flat mate, Pappy’s and friends will iron out your issues; last night’s podcast saw Sara Pascoe on the winning Team Tom, and a hilariously intoxicated Nick Helm on Team Ben. Each duo and Matt (the landlord) had to complete drinking games on stage; resulting in naked wrestling and a lack of sympathy for the girl who complained about her boyfriend disguising his toilet habits by running the shower. Pappy’s ‘Flat Slam’ is an evening of drunken, pun-filled, must-see mayhem that will have you shaking with laughter.

Pleasance Courtyard, 5-7, 12 Aug, 11.20pm.
